Head of Social Mission and Activism for Ben & Jerry's Europe/ANZ, where she leads the company’s social justice and advocacy work. With over 15 years’ experience across campaigns, public affairs, and communications at organisations including IKEA, Amnesty International, and The Body Shop, Jessie is a passionate advocate for using business as a force for good. She currently focuses on advancing the rights of people with refugee experiences. Jessie also stays connected to her home of Australia by chairing the Monash University Global Leaders’ European Network Advisory Committee

Charney Magri

Charney is described as being a beautiful blend of experience, talent and passion, now using her global knowledge to lead the way in sustainability. She is the Co-Founder of do epic good, a globally accredited, community-driven e-learning platform empowering brands and individuals to drive profits with purpose. Formerly an international award-winning Photographer and Director, Charney’s early career included working at British Vogue and with legendary image-maker Nick Knight. With over two decades of experience, she has championed human rights and women's empowerment alongside her commercial work, including the acclaimed docu-series Catwalk to Creation. Charney is also an active public speaker and has been booked for engagements globally, including the United Nations General Assembly in New York and at SXSW where she curated, moderated and spoke on three panels for the UN. Eleven years ago, Charney made the bold decision to align her creative work with her values, no longer willing to fuel overconsumption and social injustices, and instead choosing to use her talent as a force for good.

Amy, former SheSays President and D&AD Impact Council Member closed the session, highlighting some best in class examples on what makes Impact work not only award-winning, but world-shifting. With leadership roles at Google and Netflix, right through to fast growth start-up’s, Amy is a multi-award-winning brand storyteller who’s run 360 storytelling functions, cultivated communities, and driven partnerships that move culture and business forward.Whether launching products or leading creative collaborations, Amy brings insight, bold thinking, and a drive to help teams break new ground. Amy is a Guest Lecturer (at Queen Mary University of London, University of the Arts London) as well as being a published writer, thinker and speaker (including an appointment at the UN headquarters 2022).
